Data past its retention period is deleted without delay in a way that cannot be recovered.
3. Third parties and processors
We do not provide personal information to third parties. To run the website we use the processors below, who may not use the data for any other purpose and whom we supervise.
- Cafe24 Corp.: website hosting and server operation
- Kakao Corp. (Daum business mail): company e-mail and inquiry notifications
4. Your rights
You may at any time access, correct or delete your personal information or ask us to stop processing it. Members can edit or delete their data from My Page; for other requests contact the department below and we will act without delay.
5. Cookies
Cookies are used only to keep you logged in and to remember your language (Korean/English). We use no third-party advertising or behavioural analytics. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; member-only downloads may then be unavailable.
6. Security
Encrypted password storage, HTTPS on all pages, a web application firewall with login-attempt limits, minimal staff access and an access-controlled data center (Cafe24) protect your data.
